The aim of the exhibition is to attract a vast audience of motorcycle riders and show their supporters, through photographs, their creative vision of the world, traveling, trips, races, organized events, and beautiful landscapes! Therefore, we are organizing for motorcyclists and motorcycling supporter’s an amateur photography exhibition.
To take part in this competition send your photos, with pictured related to motorcycling to: mg@adventurer.lv.
Deadline is January 29, 2009.
Each participant is invited to send a maximum of three pictures of driving-related shots.
Copyright violation is responsibility of the Contributions.
With the photos, the participant should send us this information: authors name, as well as the name of the photo, the year when it is taken and the location(where the picture is taken). If the name of the picture is missing, the jury will make one up for you.
Author's name, a photograph name, year and the location, all will be displayed with the picture, both in the virtual exhibition on the website: www adventurer.lv and in the itinerant exhibition, with over 20 other photos - and in all the exhibition related printing materials.
The photos will be evaluated by the jury:
Roberts Ozolinsh - a photographer and moto rider;
Edgar Zaķis - a photographer and traveler;
Ivars Kukainis - a photographer and moto rider.
We invite everyone who is interested to virtualy view and vote for your favorite photographs on www adventurer.lv, MoTo=FoTo.
The jury will choose 15 photographs; the viewer voting will determine the successful 5 photos.
Twenty selected photo works will be available on the virtual photo exhibition on the Moto Photo web site www adventurer.lv, as well as a traveling photo exhibition. For news of the traveling exhibition opening times and places read Adventurer news.
Competition results and winning awards will be held at BM auto Motosalons, Riga, Darzciema street 64a, in February 19 2009 at 6pm.
The three best photos will receive prizes and the three "hurrayyy's!!!".
A special prize will be given to the author of the best photo with a BMW motocycle.
